The yard was perfect for our two dogs to run around and play fetch. They had a blast. The owner left out some toys for us to use. She also gave us blankets because it was chilly out. Very kind. We will be coming back for sure.

Really nice place. We owe her some garden work and a ball bc our dog popped the one there and has no couth. But he loved it, ran for nearly the whole hour. We've been traveling and he's been cooped up in cars and hotel rooms...I think we'll come back this week and donate some dog toys.

It was a very clean yard, perfect size for our blue heeler to play in, there was clean water bowls and a place to sit. Over all very happy with our first ever sniffspot. There was a little traffic on the street and people walking by but that was not a problem for our dog.

Our two large dogs loved Selena’s backyard! The pool was perfect for them to cool off in while playing in the great space. Selena was also very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back again! 😊

Beautiful spot! The yard is very clean with enough space for my dog to stretch her legs and run around although she was much more interested in exploring the gardens. Plenty of toys to play with and a little kiddie pool to cool off in. Would definitely go again!

Best spot near Johnstown hands down! My husband took both our dogs and they had a blast chasing prairie dogs and bunnies. Perfect spot to let them off leash and not have to worry about any side distractions. Will definitely become a regular spot for us!

We loved the space, the gorgeous view of the mountains was a big bonus! The fence is definitely more of a suggestion, and there are very active prairie dogs on both sides so it was definitely a challenge for our young dog to keep his wits about him. He ran himself happy though!

This was a great spot for my dogs to run and get energy out. I have two blue heelers and one is a blue heeler border collie so this was wonderful! Lots of open space.

Property was very easy and clear the understand where the lines were! My girl had a great time (… possibly TOO good of a time chasing all the prairie dogs!). Most of the fencing is not dog proof but I think all the fencing on the Walmart side would be. We liked this spot a lot but the density of critters was just a little too exciting for her (normally excellent) recall level 😂 we’ll be back after some more practice!

Great spot for dogs that want to run! Fence will not keep dogs in just keeps horses out! Never walked close enough to the barn for an interaction to be a problem. Lots of prairie dogs living in the field too!

We had lots of fun as usual! Beautiful space with plenty of room for a dog who loves to roam. First real snow of the winter today so it was great to have somewhere for my dog to enjoy it.
