However, the fencing is a mix of 50% horse board-style fencing with 50% cattle panel type fencing along the roads at the front and along both sides of the property. Horse farms are on either side of the property and the horses to the south will come up to the fence and are very curious. The back of the property is open forest with board fencing as well. Lots of room for you and your dog(s) to run and play. Approximately 20 acres of open fields. No muddy areas and fields are well drained and dry. As an added bonus… The property goes all the way back to the tree line and the hill… They didn’t have an amenity for a toboggan hill, but if you’re bringing kids or feel like a kid, that’s available of course. 😇😇

Two picnic tables give humans their own perfect perches: one tucked privately in the forest, the other right in the heart of the sunny backyard so you never miss the action. Meander along the old miniature train track paths — right now they’re a winter wonderland under a blanket of snow, but come spring and summer they’ll be groomed into charming walking loops that add a touch of whimsy to every visit. The firepit is currently closed for its royal renovation and will return bigger, better, and ready for cozy evenings this spring. You’ll find everything taken care of: dedicated off-street parking in our private driveway, complimentary poop bags, garbage cans, and a tote stocked with extra toys and balls for your dog to claim as their own while they’re here. We offer a laid-back, luxury, resort-like setting; open field, lots of grass meadows, xl in-ground, concrete, dog-friendly pool (seasonal-Opens May 20th), huge fenced pool deck with lots of natural parkour levels, fenced tennis court, indoor washroom in the poolside cabana house, large outdoor fire-pit etc etc with loads of room for both dogs and their people. Two people and one dog are included in this price point and everyone is welcome in the pool! We use skimmer basket socks and an upgraded filtration system in order to be able to offer this one of a kind experience! Extra people and pets are welcome for extra fees. Please book accordingly. We also offer curated snacks and cold beverages at a cost. Please review extras. Our property is almost fully fenced, with partially fenced areas for both big and small dogs in mind. There are trees providing shady areas throughout the day. If bringing back the key when we are not open, please put it in the Mailbox, located beside our Front Doors.
