Welcome to "The Pipeline," a field, bush, and forested area with a stream, pond, and trails that dogs are going to love exploring. No neighbours in any direction to hassle you while making all the noise you want. Grass may be tall or short when you arrive, as it is a hay field, with a trail cut around the perimeter, through the middle, and into the forest to get to the pond. Guests are able to explore the whole property, but please stay in the forest and field areas. We have marked the trails with orange tape so that you can follow or just freestyle it and go wherever the nose leads. We realize sometimes dogs get excited and will venture out of those areas, so dont sweat it. As long as they are having fun, just call them back and continue on your way. We do suggest bringing some bug spray/mosquito repellent. There may be some burrs in the bushes,you have to watch for that.

The grass has just been planted. The field is in a grasslands project for bobolink (a bird) nesting grounds. A trail for around the bottom will be completed soon. The bridge across the stream has been built. The trail around the top field is around the outside. Connecting to the bottom field with short path across the stream. The bottom field follows the river for 2000ft. Bring your pup and your hiking shoes.

Our very friendly resident furbaby Finn loves to share his property with new furiends (if ok with their human) and is always happy to join in. Rolling Gait Canine Centre is a dog training, boarding, daycare and grooming facility with two dedicated SniffSpot areas. This is a 1 plus acre fully pet safe fenced dog play area. We have some dog parkour equipment available and will be adding more. You will see other dogs, people and horses. Please keep your dog leashed and under control until you are in the fenced area. Parking for this spot is off Elgin Road, past the driveway and to the back of the fenced area. Close gates upon exiting. Enjoy!

We ask folks to keep dogs on leash through the front 5 acres where we grow organic vegetables. Please do not enter the greenhouses or barn. Please stay out of the crops and garden beds.

We are a busy, rural business in Chatham Kent, Ontario. We have lots of wide open space for your furry friend to run and play! Unfenced allowing your friend to freely roam supervised by their owner. There is a natural walking path (not maintained) down to the Sydenham River (off site but adjacent to our property). Inside the farm store are amenities for owners, our naturally raised beef, lamb and chicken available for purchase ++ NON-SMOKED NATURAL DOG BONES! IN ALL SIZES! We kindly ask you pickup after your pet, and ask that (if possible) you make a purchase in our farm store so we can keep our rates for the dog park low! Pet owners assume all liability, and aggressive or misbehaving dogs will be asked to leave. Most of the time, you will have the space to yourself! Come see us during our hours of operation only, any use outside of our hours will be deemed trespassing - see our website for more information. We can't wait to meet your furry friend!

Important - All prices and charges are in USD Hello! I have just over 25 acres of land that leads into a bush behind our barn. There is a few pasture from cattle that is not fully fenced in, but welcome to walk through it. If you are looking for an area to train privately away from everything/hunting training (scents/recall) this would be perfect! I do have 2 dogs on the property. If you are out with your dogs mine will not be outside, just to warn if you hear barking. I do have children. They know not to approach a pup without permission. If your pup is not friendly with children as the parking spots will be right in front of our house. I will make sure they’re not outside when you are unloading or loading back up! I do ask that poop is still picked up in the bush as we do take our dogs and children for walks out there ! I do also offer grooming from my home. If you’d like to book in a groom after a nice long walk/playtime! You are more than welcome!! We do have chickens that roam the property please make sure your pup doesn’t attack them please !
