The Haven boasts a natural landscape with some uneven ground (please exercise caution) and grass maintained at 2-3 inches. There are no nighttime lights, so please plan accordingly. The property is surrounded by forest on three sides, while the remaining side offers scenic views of an adjacent field that should be enjoyed only as part of the view. Embracing Nature & Neighbors: You’ll often see local wildlife such as deer, squirrels, rabbits, turkeys, turtles, and various birds. Our own dogs will be indoors during your visit, but our neighbors are accustomed to our vocal pups and some have their own who may "chat back" if your dogs are talkative! Bear's Creek 13 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Arrington

Beautiful isolated 13-acre spot in the country. There is a clear, well-maintained marked trail through the woods to an area with springs, a creek, and a watershed. Moving on down the 1/4 mile driveway past the house is a path down to the Tye River that has a nice-sized riverbank (beach) for romping and water splashing. Swimming dogs can venture onto the rocks to explore the river. Those who want to exercise can hike up/down the stream, climb big rocks, and other obstacles. This highly wooded area has lots to explore “off path” and on path, so you can never experience everything in one visit. This is heaven for dogs and for those who prefer a challenging exploration vs a standard field or yard to explore. The walk to the creek/springs/watershed is a beautiful, relatively easy walk. The river walk, while there is a trail, is pretty steep and rocky, and it's a good workout to get back up. Join us at Bear’s Creek for an adventure your dog will thank you for! Rules for the river: Low tide, all are welcome. High tide, swimmers only, or dogs with excellent recall. Raging River, closed to all. If you're most interested in the river and you know we have had a lot of rain, you can message me prior to booking for river status. Roni's Private Dog Park In Montvale

We are located on 10 wooded acres surrounded by adjacent forest. We have a small farm pond area with a picnic shelter. There are lots of woods, a creek and lots of grassy area to run around in. We also have a fenced garden, a fenced chicken run and a fenced yard for our dog that we ask Sniffspotters to stay out of the fenced areas. Additionally, we do have campsites, a treehouse and a bus that has been retrofitted as a camper. We will only accept reservations. When we have campers here, Sniffspotters will be required to stay at the creek or near the pond. There is plenty of room for roaming but owners need to be vigilantly attentive to their dogs. When we do not have campers, Sniffspotters will be free to roam anywhere on the property.
