Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. Privacy fence on both sides with a 4-5ft chain link around it. Back of the yard is only chain link in case you have a jumper. The back of the yard is partially wooded but plenty of space to run and play. I am an owner of 4 dogs of which 3 go in the back the 4th is a rescue with high anxiety and gets walked. I do have dogs on both side of me. One side is quiet the other are hounds that will bark or howl. Currently there is an above ground pool not covered and no deck around it only steps. The steps will be removed soon and it will be closed for winter. Great running space for any dog that needs to stretch there legs.

There is no way they can physically interact with your dog through the fence, but control of your dog must be your priority while walking to and from our property. We live in a suburb with close neighbors whom often enjoy their outdoor space in good weather. Penny’s Place is exactly what you want to make of it! Nearly one acre of fully fenced space where you can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! Above all, it is a safe and secure place for your beloved dogs. Newly added pergola, furniture and fire pit. Come and stay a while! The deck and pergola will be lit up for your evening visits We do our best to refund our guests when unforeseen circumstances arise, derailing your reservation. Please try to give us notice, even if you are within the 2 hour window, so we can cancel your block. HOURS: out of respect for our neighbors, we close nightly at 10pm and reopen the following morning at 6:30 am.
