Second time visiting and the Danes had a blast! Ryan’s active engagement with the pups cannot be overstated- he’s truly amazing with each dog and ensures they’re immersed in the moment as soon as they enter the gate! Looking forward to our next visit!!!

I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! Ryan was so sweet to Coconut, and he was so kind and welcoming! They have a beautiful backyard with great access to a lake. Coconut had the absolute best time! They’ve built in some great fences, so it was easy to manage even when my girl refused to get out of the water. I will 1000% be coming back!

Lakeside at Reptar’s is where my dog gets his puppy spirit back! 🐾 Winston went from anxious and reactive to full of confidence, energy, and adventure from his visits here. He loves sniffing around the grass and lake scents, chasing Ryan around the yard, and even trying new tricks like “find the treat.” It’s a place that builds his confidence and brings out pure joy every time we visit. Many thanks to our hosts Larissa, Ryan and Reptar, for sharing their wonderful yard and providing a safe space for play!

We had such a great time! Highly recommend- dogs had a blast and slept like babies the rest of the evening. Bring bug spray but everything else 10/10.

Thank you to Ryan, Larissa, and especially Reptar for sharing your little paradise with Arya. She’s a rescue who’s usually reactive with dogs and new people, so finding a safe place for her to play without anxiety is rare. After our community pool let all the dogs swim on Labor Day, I realized Arya was missing out—and that’s what led us to Sniffspot this week. We’re so thankful not only for this app, but for such a welcoming space. I was nervous when I read reviews about Ryan playing with other dogs, knowing how skittish Arya can be, but he went above and beyond to make her (and us) comfortable. The property has toys, two doggie pools, water bowls, and even a private lake—everything you could possibly need. Arya was cautious about the water at first, but once she got the hang of swimming she didn’t want to stop. At one point she even pushed her ball back into the lake herself just so she could keep swimming. She has plenty of nicknames, but now “Queen of the Lake” has joined the list. If you’re on the fence about booking, just know there’s a reason this listing has nearly perfect reviews. Ryan and Larissa helped us create a special memory with a dog who is deeply loved but often limited in where she can go. We’ll definitely be back, probably sooner than later!

This was my first time using Sniffspot and it was a great experience! Plenty of shaded area and space to play, and toys and water provided. Maybe be sure to keep eyes on your dog if they’re a large breed and you know they can jump/like to escape as there is a small part of the fence that is a little short, but it was completely fine for us!!

We had a blast!!! Great spot and great hosts. Because this was our first time, Ryan showed us around and was just wonderful. Our beagle, Roscoe, especially liked dipping into the lake. Rosie, our Heinz 57, takes a while to warm up, but I know we will be back. Thanks for sharing, Reptar 💚🐶🐕🐾!

“Came, sniffed, conquered—and fetched Labubu like a champ!” – Winston the Beagle 🐾🐾 I showed up at the Lakeside at Reptar’s bursting with puppy-like energy (I’m 9). With my best bud Ryan, I sniffed every scent, explored every corner, and went wild tossing the knock-off Labubu hedgehog into the kiddie pool, just so I could fetch it, squeeze out all the toy juice, and do it again. By the time we got in the car, I was out cold, calm and happy. Big thanks to Larissa, Ryan, and Reptar for sharing this lakeside playground with me. It is always the perfect adventure! 🐶

This was a very fun visit with a beautiful space! Luxe loved running in the spacious backyard, with so much to see and sniff. He also enjoyed playing with Ryan and he was very welcoming! Luxe loved the kiddie pools and took many breaks to relax inside between fetch intervals.

What a wonderful spot! Larissa and Ryan truly care about dogs and it shows. My good old boy isn’t one to swim, but loves to be by the water. It was the perfect way to spend the afternoon. Highly recommend!

My three dogs loved the experience! The yard was sizable which allowed for plenty of room to run around, and so many places to explore. They got in the water and explored around the dock which was an added bonus for my most curious pup. I typically am very nervous when my dogs are off leash, but the fenced area was great and the shoreline was private allowing them to go in and out of the gate without any anxiety on my end. When they would go too far, Ryan would go redirect them back to where they should be which was very helpful.

This place is a gem! Ryan could not have been nicer, and my pup Maui loved playing with him! So thankful for this wonderful spot where Maui can stretch his legs, have a big romp, sniff some new sniffs, and take a nice dip in the pool/lake. We will definitely be back!!

“From Anxious Pup to Social Butterfly …Reptar’s Made Me Brave!” - Winston the Beagle 🐾🐾 I used to be nervous around new people and other dogs. The world felt a little too big and scary for me. But ever since my hooman started bringing me to Lakeside at Reptar’s, everything has changed. Here, I’ve found not only freedom and fresh air, but friends. My buddy Ryan has been a huge part of my journey…always encouraging me, playing games, and helping me feel safe enough to try new things. He just gets me. Larissa and Ryan have created such a safe haven for anxious, reactive pups like me. My absolute favorite ritual at Reptar’s? Dropping toys all the other dogs have played with in the kiddie pool and letting them soak, then pulling them out and chewing out every last drop of “toy juice.” Pure bliss! Since finding this gem of a SniffSpot, I’m braver, happier, and maybe even just a little bit of a social butterfly. 🦋

A good spot for the pups to get some new smells and take a dip in the lake. The host greeted us in the driveway upon arrival. Very welcoming spot with a dog water bowl, two doggie kiddie pools and toys. If your pup goes into the lake, the host is accommodating with a hose rinse before going home. Recommend this spot.

Amazing spot with tons of sniffs AND hills for good running! Ryan was fantastic, too, giving each Dane the exact amount of attention and interaction based on their personalities. Our older Dane, who’s unsure around new men, was sitting at Ryan’s feet before we left, leaning on him and getting all the pets! We’ll be back!

This is such a fun spot! The owners are super great with dogs and totally understanding about reactivity. My anxious 2yo rescue pittie, River, loved running around and launching into the pond! We’ll definitely be back.

Went early morning for my pup’s birthday, it was amazing definitely will come again! It’s hard finding a dog friendly body of water in this area, especially with reactive dogs. I’d ditch the long lines, though, in hindsight I should’ve known the leashes would get tangled in things under the water haha! There’s plenty of balls, and the yard itself is nice as well. They even left a few towels and a water bowl out, which can be helpful if you’re scatterbrained like me. The host is VERY kind!! Best of all, the dogs had a great time! :)

“My repeat top-favorite SniffSpot ever!” – Winston 🐾 This place is my absolute favorite, paws down! I’ve been to a lot of SniffSpots and they all have their perks, but Lakeside at Reptar’s is my absolute favorite and that’s thanks to the hosts, Larissa, Ryan and Reptar, who make it so welcoming and fun. I love when Ryan is there! He always makes visits extra special! On our last visit, he helped me practice a new game I learned in my confidence-building class called “Winston, find me!” I got to run and sniff and show off my new skills while my hooman cheered me on. We also practice a bunch of my new tricks and commands here—it’s the perfect place for learning and play. I love toys that have soaked in the kiddie pools! It’s the grooviest way to hydrate in the summer and plush toys, especially, are a burst of squishy-squirty-water-wonderfulness. Reptar’s Lakeside is full of fresh scents from the water, land creatures, and other dogs. I am thrilled to check out all the toys that other pups have played with…sniffing their stories is half the fun! This is my repeat, top-favorite sniff spot. The location is absolutely beautiful and so is the backyard! Spacious, relaxing and pleasant. The hosts are so phenomenal, with not only the guests but with the dogs too! It was exactly the place my two princesses deserved and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much for everything !
