55Everything was as described! Lots of space to explore. Hose is working. Only thing to note is the yard is on a slope so our senior stayed closer to the house. It's away from the street and has some nice foliage, which makes it pleasant for humans as well as dogs. We brought our own balls, but our puppy preferred one that she found there and enjoyed playing fetch with it. The parking is convenient and the gate that leads into the yard is labeled.
