Conveniently Located In Ingersoll, Great Location For Those Coming From London, Woodstock, Dorchester, Stratford or Brantford! The Arena is 8450sq ft of soft sand, fully fenced, located on a horse farm. The arena offers a secure separate entrance from outside, near the parking for easy access. There is a gate at one end of the arena which is secure to keep in big dogs, however small dogs may be able to squeeze through. The sliding door may be closed to accommodate! Pooped scooper and buckets are provided - please clean up after your furry friends. We ask for no excessive digging as this is also used to exercise horses, a rake will be provided to smooth any divots! All dogs deserve playtime! Reactive dogs are more than welcome to block off a time for private play - please message beforehand for host to block time. We do have some toys, treats and some equipment such as poles and logs to jump! Please leash all dogs entering and leaving the arena. If needed, light switch is located beside the entrance doorway. Our farm is located on 100 acres of beautifully scenic property and we have opened 26 acres of that space for you to explore. Our property is on predominantly flat elevation with trails, multiple fields and roughly 7 acres of forest. While the forest can be dense in spots, it is very walkable and presents a lovely spot to hike through. We have 5 ponds as well as a stream that runs the width of our property and travels through the forest. We have a myriad of wildlife that you may see or encounter during your adventures here. These could include (but are not limited to) great blue herons, muskrats, rabbits, geese, ducks, deer and coyotes. We do have livestock and a guardian dog on the property (they are fully fenced) as well as family pets so please respect their space and ensure your dogs are leashed anytime you are nearing the barn, paddock or barnyard areas.

On our 26-acre hobby farm, we have a 6-acre fenced farm field/dog park. It is a large place! Enjoy seeing natural landscapes, trees, and privacy along the way. Have fun, play catch, train and let your animal have unleashed freedom! We have uploaded a printable "safety map" for each season, which contains a legend for your use and the status of the park. Please note that the fire pit is not available during the winter season. Since we live in the County, we have a couple of nieghbours that have dogs and chickens or animals in their backyards. If other animals are out, please avoid walking along the fence and cedar trees on the one corner. The Safety Maps shows these two locations with a green “⚠”. PARKING AND DIRECTIONS TO SNIFFSPOT: 1. Ride up and park in the guest parking. You will see a white sign with green letters “Guest Parking” nailed to the hydro pole above the yellow and black slow sign. 2. Typically, there is a red jeep parked in one of the three parking spaces. You can also park on the grass if it's not too wet. 3. When you exit the vehicle, please leash and walk your dog until you reach the SniffSpot. As shown on the map 4. Walk towards the white barn, and about 1/3 of the way, hang a right and head towards Highway 6. Follow the tree line through the field. Do not go to the left/west side, if past the chicken fencing by gate #1, that is the wrong way. Turnaround. 5. Avoid going through the forest at the parking space; the larger pond will block you, and the woods are thick. If you are walking in the forest that is the wrong way, please see the map. 6. The path through the field will curve a bit and take a hard right, and you will see an opening with a gate. That is the SniffSpot. *2025 UPDATE – November 19, 2025* 2025 is almost over! We are the top spot in the local area for a second year in row! Since opening, we have had 274 happy dogs with a rating of +4.7 out of 5! Our Corgi loved walking after your visits because of all the new dog smells. We have reviewed all of your comments and feedback. One of the recent milestones is that we have levelled the field, and the space is very open and clean. Here are some additions and projects we will em”bark” between now and 2026 to improve your experience and the Sniffspot: 1. Fence gap at the Pond: Our neighbour has permitted us to install a fence segment on their property to close the fence gap at the pond. Once installed, we can declare a 100% fenced-in spot before 2026. 2. Entrance signage: We will be adding a main sign at the parking space, which includes a printout of the Sniffspot map, extra doggy bags, and garbage with a mini roof/shelter. 3. Directional signage: We will be adding posts with signs and directions that will be installed throughout the property in the summer of 2026. If you have any questions, please let me know. The farm fence consists of professionally installed 2” by 4” squares of wire mesh (commonly used for smaller livestock such as sheep, donkeys, cows, etc) and cedar posts. If you look at the photo, you can see the locations of the gate on the main photo or on the “safety map” (see photos and captions). We have more fencing on other parts of the property outside of our dog park in case your dog does not have a good recall. The space is very large, so even during the events of potential escapes, the risk is low.

There are forest trails and trails around our hay fields. **Please note **Our residential areas are off limits, please stick to the trails and blue markers. Please do not enter any of the buildings on our property. When you come up the driveway veer to the right, there is a marked parking spot for you and your pup. Fall, winter and early spring are great months for ball chasers as we have big open fields. Mid spring and summer we have hay growing and ask you and your pups to follow the trails around the hay fields. There are a couple of cows on the neighboring property, this is only for a very small portion on one of the fields.

Our private, fully fenced half acre yard is the perfect place to let your (reactive or otherwise) dog just be a dog and get some freedom!
