55We decided to take our 3 pitties for a play day in the snow and they had a blast! Plenty of room for them to run and roam and the views were to die for. 100% would recommend and would do again.hannah r.

55I love this hill! Bring a bucket and jug of water for your pups and you are all set. It is great that there are rocky places that don’t have cacti around them. Meredith L.

55Beautiful spot, lots of open space for your dog to run. Land is on a steep-ish hill and there is no path, so just be mindful of that if you’ve got a senior dog. Make sure to bring your own water as well.Hailey K.

55This is a really lovely property! It felt more like a “real” hike than any fenced dog park we know of (even Chatfield State Park, which we love). This made it perfect for what we needed, which was a safe place to test out our off-leash hiking skills and recall. My boy did great, staying reasonably close to me almost always and coming back when called! More importantly though, he seemed to have a great time. :) Access instructions are clear and host communicates well! Be ready to pack out your dog’s poop.Stephanie M.

55Fantastic place to visit in the mountains. Well secured and gate process was easy to follow. Nice little spot to park your vehicle while there. The gate is kind of in a low spot behind some brush and trees so definitely keep your eyes out for the bright yellow cable on the gate! It’s a little steep when you first enter but the plethora of smells and various terrain made for a very happy dog! There were 2 Malamute types at the very back in their own fenced area that watched us when we’d get too close for their liking, but they never barked and we just kept our space from them and had a great time. Would happily come back and visit again. Caitlin C.

55We had a great time!! The dogs enjoyed the freedom, all the smells, and the snow. We definitely didn’t get to explore all 7 acres, but hopefully next time. The owner was very helpful and available for questions when needed. It was also very clean! A great experience!Stacey H.

55A lovely mountain property! Wear shoes with good traction and be prepared to hike up and down hills! Our dog loved it. Neighbor dogs were lovely and friendly, separated by a double fence with at least a yard gap between. One dog barked a bit but owner called them in. Anna S.

55Our dogs loved this place. Lots of room to roam and they enjoyed meeting the neighbor’s dogs (separated by two fences so no contact). The fence is an added bonus. There isn’t a way for them to get out which make it a little less stressful. We will be back. Oh and the views at the top are gorgeous. Michelle E.

55This Sniffspot was easy to locate and offered a beautiful, serene setting nestled along a quiet gravel road. It provided the perfect escape for my two energetic husky puppies to safely roam and play, while the peaceful, shaded area through the trees made for a delightful walk for myself and my 14-year-old retriever. The natural scenery and privacy allowed us to truly relax and enjoy some quality time together. With its combination of open space and wooded areas, this spot had something for everyone, and we left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful and secure retreat for their dogs!

FAQ About Bailey Dog Parks
Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 2% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Bailey area are 5 stars.
How do I know if a dog park works for my dog?
You can filter Sniffspot dog parks by fencing and distractions. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our 236 fully fenced dog parks in the area. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our 317 off leash areas where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. You can also filter locations to avoid other domestic animals and people. We also recommend reading reviews and reaching out to the host with any questions.
