We have about 10 acres with the horses and the cows in pasture adjoining the spot. We cleared a park like area for hosting parties that can be lit at night. there is space for a bonfire and plenty of felled tree limbs. We have established many trails through our little forest. There are deer, birds and every other forest critter to see. There is only barbed wire for cattle out there on the property line, you have to know you can recall your dog and that they won't bolt away from you -- however the area available is full of hills and depending on your trek, you may never even see the line. :)

We have a 1/4 of an acre fenced and 3/4 of an acre of wooded land that is not currently fenced in, but can be accessed through a gate in the back of the yard. We have plenty of room for your baby to run, and the pool makes for a nice place for your pup to play if they like the water. We live at the end of a cul de sac, so there is street parking, and the yard is accessible from the driveway!

The property consists of two properties at the end of a private drive at the end of a deadend street which is adjacent to a huge forest (>1000+ acres) which is bordered by the property, railroad tracks, Tanyard Creek and Lake Allatoona to the north so it is very secluded and private and you can let your dogs run as much as they want. There is a hiking trail which could easily take you >30 minutes to the complete which we have marked. There is plenty of parking between the two homes. Please keep your dogs leashed while in the parking lot, but once you enter the forest, you can let your dogs run.

Dog water bowls up by the garage doors. Please try to keep your pups from digging in the grass. New sod! There is a wooden rack in between the garage doors which holds the Chuck-it. PLEASE PUT IT BACK ON THE RACK. There are security cameras monitoring the driveway & gate into the property for your protection and ours. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up. Poop bags & balls provided. There is a trash can up by the garage where you can throw the poop bags. There has been a problem lately with poop not getting picked up. I know it can & does happen. But if we can all do our part to pick up our dog's poop, that will make it enjoyable for everyone.
