Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large, fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. We do not plow that driveway in the winter as it’s just gravel. So, feel free to park at the bottom of my driveway and walk to the SS gate if you’re not comfortable using the SS driveway in the winter. We ask that you please adhere to our 24 hour notice when changing or canceling a reservation. We are always fully booked on weekends and most weekdays too. Welcome to our Sniffspot—where dogs can truly be dogs! We chose this home for its large, private yard and created a safe, fun space for pups to run, play, and sniff to their heart’s content. The front of the yard features a 6-foot privacy fence, while the rest is enclosed with a combination of 6-foot wood, chain link, and heavy-duty wire fencing. It’s fully secure and suitable for both large and small dogs. Your pup will love exploring the variety of scents left behind by local wildlife—birds, squirrels, chipmunks, and the occasional raccoon or fox make for an exciting visit! We hope your dog enjoys it as much as ours does!

If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family may be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.

Welcome to our yard: our dog’s favorite place! Fully fenced in from house to property line property line; also “double-fenced” where the woods begin to keep dogs on the grass. Property is protected from ticks and mosquitos with regular (pet safe) spray treatments. Please park along the street and walk up the driveway to the white fence, reach over to unlatch the gate and step in onto the patio. Your dog may play anywhere in the yard or on the patio. Please do not go behind the chicken wire fencing or sheds. You are welcome to use any of our tennis balls, “chuck-its” and dog toys while using the yard; we leave them on the patio table. Feel free to take a seat under the umbrella for some shade. If the little doggie “kiddie” pool is set up, you may use it, but absolutely NO people OR dogs allowed in the above-ground pool. We also ask that you please stay off the deck. You may dispose of any poop bags in the tin milk can under the deck. Please close the gate behind you when you leave.
