We live on the property with our two rescue dogs (but they will be kept away and inside the house during your visit). Our property has a brand new fence (wood paddock style with reinforced cattle wire mesh) that we would like to share with people and their dogs who need some exercise. Our Sniffspot yard is open again. We are so happy to see you and your dogs again! The yard is fully fenced and we do not have other pets that will use the yard. We are located in a subdivision. We have had large and small dogs use our yard. Adam and Terrie love dogs and we no longer have a dog. We do not want to own another dog at this time but we love to have them around. We share our yard with you because it gives your dogs a chance to run and play and it gives us a chance to see a dog. We try to greet you as soon as you arrive, offer drinks and assistance, and if you allow it, we’d love to pet your dog(s)!

If this will bother your dog, we'd love to have you another time!** Come visit us on our 9 acre farm, surrounded by farmland with no view of roads, dogs, or passersby! Large fully fenced play field perfect for chuck-it, frisbee, or just hanging out. Seating, shade, and raised beds available so you and your pup can take a breather. Check the extras for pools and agility equipment! One large former horse pasture surrounded by split-rail fencing for dogs who are on leash (or reliable off-leash) to sniff, hike and play in. PLEASE NOTE: Our Spot does not have good lighting. We will be changing our hours once the time changes, but in the meantime be aware of when the sun sets before you make an evening appointment. THANKS TO YOUR SUPPORT over the last few months, we've just purchased a propane fire pit we'll be adding to the spot! We have a 30 acre tree farm located at the base of Sugarloaf Mt., away from roads, houses and people. Very secluded, with a 1/2 acre spring fed pond for swimming as well as groomed trails for sniffing, hiking and training. We are also a Lab Rescue foster family for young puppies and help train for their next fur-ever homes. Our place can also accommodate for upland and waterfowl training. We are as well associated with Buckeystown, Poolsville and Peachtree Veterinary hospitals.
