We no longer have goats. 8 acre pasture completely fenced in with wood fence and field wire. Field is currently completely cut. You are allowed to drive your vehicle in to the field without having to leash your pup! It’s such a large area that waste removal isn’t required unless it happens right in front of you. If that happens, please dispose of over the fence. Shovel provided a entry. Just for your information. This “farmette” is in a neighborhood so there may be other dogs in other peoples yards that you might hear. We also have a family dog that might be visible occasionally in our own private yard, far away and totally separate from the Sniffspot. If your pet is very sensitive and can’t deal with even the site of and or hearing another animal, unfortunately this is not the spot for you. Finally, we are a community of pet lovers and we all pull together and support each other positively . If you have any issues at all, please reach out to me and I will make it right . We have received 1 out of 100 less than stellar review left simply because our family dog was let out in our front yard totally separate from the Sniffspot for five minutes and I just don’t want there to be any other negative experiences. This spot is fenced and spacious with lots of shade and places to dig. Lots of shade and space to run. Can play with or without my 4 medium dogs. Bathroom just inside the kitchen. I have a cooler of waters and sodas for purchase and always have pup water and toys. Please ensure your pet has low cut nails and do not allow scratching of the pool liner. Please add a flat pool fee of $20 as an extra if you intend to be IN the pool with your pet for supervision. This is not a public pool or pool lease or public pool but private service donation/fee for maintenance of pool ( line there added for nosy HOA) we have needed to add this to clear the pool filters, maintenance the liner and avoid large families having a pool party :) for quiet use of home space—sorry. But I do thank you. If it’s just the pet then don’t add the fee. Thank you. Let my neighbors know that my friendly coop with Sniffspot clients is a service to others and my rights with a great review of how peaceful and non disturbing it is!! Welcome to our yard! Each pup will be greeted with a complimentary pup cup that will be in the outside freezer! I will have 3 dogs inside of my own that may get excited to see you when you arrive, but we hope you make yourself at home. We recently installed the fence just for them, so we understand the hassle of not having one of your own. I would've loved to have this app before our fence, so I kept that in mind when deciding to share our space. We have a full bar stocked with refreshments and a huge addition with seating and shade.
