We have a beautiful 7 acre property with 4 acres divided into three separately sized pastures: the biggest, a 1.7 acre pasture, a medium sized pasture with 1.4 acres, and a small pasture that has .6 acres. Fully fenced yard with short grass that is landscaped each week. Patio in the yard with a table, chairs, and umbrella. We also have a trampoline and playsets for small children. There is a cooler with water bottles that can also be used to fill the water bowl available for the dogs. We have a kiddie pool for pups as well as a hose if needed. There are towels available for drying off - please drape those over a chair if used. The wifi information is listed on a small sign on the patio table. Bug spray, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and dog treats are available in a basket on the table. There are also doggy bags located in a small dispenser on one of the white posts where you can also hang your leash(es). We ask that you dispose of your waste in the large black trashcan in front of the shed outside the gate when you are leaving. We do have 2 free range hens, 2 roosters, and a turkey that you may see roaming around, but they are friendly and will not bother you.

Alana's 5 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Dover

Beautiful gated, large plot of land to let a dog roam and explore. We have a lovely winding trail around the outer edges of the property. There is a wetland area in one corner and a couple ponds with heavy brush surrounding them. There is a renter in one of the homes but they are dog friendly and aware of the visits. We have a couple covered structures to take a break from the sun and lots of oaks to stand under for shade. In fact most of the property has shaded spots throughout the walk which makes it very comfortable. The outer edges are surrounded by farm land and vacant property so it’s a peaceful experience. The front gate can be secured shut to offer a boundary and the perimeter of the property has a cattle fence all around. Any escape artists or dogs without solid recall could sneak through parts of the fence so off leash is only recommended to dogs that are more obedient. You can park inside the gate and shut it behind you for comfort. I bring my Doberman out often to let her run and roam this space and it insured me to offer the space for other dogs that need a good run in the world!
