What a fabulous spot for our pups. It had a bit of everything (grass, logs, woods). They had the best time doing sniffy walks and running full out. We will definitely be back!

Such a wonderful spot! Definitely plan on washing your pup afterwards because there was a lot of poop in the field (which is to be expected on a farm and was not a problem for us). Lots of room and host was wonderful!

The area was fully fenced, quiet, and relatively remote. It left me fully comfortable to let my dog run off lead! He had a blast leaping through the field, exploring the scents, and viewing other farm animals from a distance. We can’t wait to return for another sniff.

I’m always skeptical about large fenced in properties because I’m worried they may not be all the way secure. Our pasture was 100% fenced in, no gaps or holes! The fencing was very sturdy. So much space to run! The host made our experience 10x better, because she was so nice and awesome with communication. Overall, this experience was great and our dogs had a blast! The hour drive we made to come to Charlottesville just for this was SO worth it. We WILL be back! ❤️

Wonderful spot! The host was very kind and communicative. The dogs had a blast exploring the pasture. This is a working farm so the pups could see livestock and the livestock guard dogs from the field, and there was droppings from when the livestock had been in the pasture. This just added to our experience but may not be the right spot for dog-reactive dogs or pups that like to eat/roll in poop. I will definitely be going back!

Our dog had a super fun outing on this property. There are several large pastures available. We were in the “Pool Pasture”, which has a nice blend of open grass mixed with trees toward the back. The fencing is in excellent condition. The host is very pleasant to work with and super friendly. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you Michele!!

Our boys absolutely loved pool pasture! Our youngest was really enjoying running the fence line and staring at the cows across the road. Huge fenced area for them to run! Michele was so helpful and accommodated us last minute so that we could get our boys out for some exercise on our trip from Roanoke to Kilmarnock. We will be back if we are ever in the area.

This is a fantastic spot for dogs! Michele is so kind and has a bunch of different fenced pastures for dogs to run and play. My little guy Rufus loved running through the pasture and sniffing all the good animal smells. We will definitely be back 😊
