The space is great. I didn't expect water and toys to be made available. Much appreciated Tyler securing his dog. My dogs don't do well with super high energy dogs. I am always looking for secure, safe locations for my dogs to let go and enjoy themselves. I highly recommend Sam's Farm.

Clean yard, secure fence, awesome host. Lawn was cut short. There are shade spots and a bowl of fresh water was left out. Address a little hard to spot coming from 604, Mailbox is across street from driveway though there are numbers on fence entrance to drive.

This is an excellent sniffspot and excellent yard. The yard is clean and large and our pup was able to run around and enjoy. They also have some shade for the hot summer days. We are definitely going to be coming back.

55Tyler's property makes a great dog park. It's surrounded by woods and has lush grass for doggies to play, run and roll in. The setup is great, with more than enough toys to keep the doggies busy, a hose and bowls, ice water for you and mosquito repellent. It has a large patio table with ample chairs to accommodate a small gathering. Just make sure you turn right, down the paved road, after your GPS leaves you in front of the driveway. There's a mailbox with the address on the lefthand curb, but the house is down the road and pretty much straight ahead (not visible from the road). Bacon and Zira had a great time running around and drinking lots of water. They didn't want to leave and gave me a hard time getting them buckled in the car. In all the commotion, I got home and realized I must have left my house key. Tyler did a whole yard search for me but found nothing. I had to go back because I didn't have another way in. Thank goodness it's only 15 mins away. When I got there Tyler actually helped me search the whole yard again as well as under his deck. He even helped me search my car from top to bottom, but still nothing. Unfortunately, I had to call a locksmith, late at night, on a Sunday. Ouch! Anyway, Tyler didn't have to do what he did. He was so accommodating, and I really appreciated that. Good spot, great host! I'll certainly do it again. Christine C.

Lulu loved Sniffari Park & so did we. Perfect size for full sprints & the yard was clean & well maintained. The surrounding nature was peaceful. We appreciated the deck space, toys, biscuit & water. Thrilled to find this new spot. We look forward to coming back regularly.
