Amazing spot! Very well kept, clean, and so many good smells to explore! Fiona who is very picky about spots ran around the entire time so we will definitely be back! It’s a wooden fence and the bottom gap is lined with chicken wire. I think extreme escape artists can find a way to squeeze out but Fiona didn’t try

My coonhound ran the entire time. He pointed at the trees. He loved running the long fence. They even provided water, doggy treats and toys. But…my dog…he just wanted to find prey.

My dog loves this place so much he had the zoomies for fifteen whole minutes! Great lawn, lots of trees to run around, a little barn to investigate, and even a gully with leaves to sniff. We will definitely return.

The owners couldn’t have been nicer. The beautiful field is big enough for dogs to run to their hearts’ content. Fun things to explore. There are two chairs and a table in shade. Also toys, poop bags and an automatic water fill bowl. Fully fenced with chicken wire at bottom. But if you have a jumper, like I do, the fence probably isn’t high enough. My dog is great at recall so it wasn’t a problem. It was pretty quiet also.

This is a great, secure spot with plenty of room to run! We loved this for both our dogs, but especially our cattle dog who got to sprint her heart out. We’ll definitely be back!

This place was great! My three pups had an absolute ball running on this huge yard. The fence was secure and they even left out a water bowl for them. This was our first experience with sniffspot and we couldn’t be happier.

This was a lovely yard. The yard itself was huge and secure. The dogs loved running around and the toy chest was a plus. The drive from dc is about 35 minutes without traffic and worth it. I would be cautious if you are driving in from dc during rush hour though. They do have a dog who only barked when we arrived. We did see a fox across the street which one of my dogs loved.

Great spot! Super peaceful and my dog didn’t know what to do with all the space! She was fully tuckered out & snoring on the ride home. They had toys, water, treats, and a dog waste bin.

We had a blast visiting! Our pups love this Sniffspot. They sniffed and ran themselves into total exhaustion. I always walk the properties to make sure our pups don't step in feces. The property was very clean, and i didn't really see dog feces, so it seemed like they check to make sure guests are leaving the property clean. The best part is our 14yr old, littlest of the 3, out ran the 2yr and 4yr olds and forced me to chase him down, so we could leave... hysterical!! The property is very pretty, safe for very small dogs, and peaceful. Anna thought of everything. Even had 2 chairs and a little table under plenty of tree shade for my 80-yr old mom and husband to take breaks, which was very much appreciated. The only recommendation we have is to remove the water container for pups as it was filled with green water and definitely did not look safe for anyone to drink from. Luckily, I saw this on another review. So, before we let the dogs out of the car, we covered it with one of our water containers to keep our pups from drinking out of it. We live close, so we'll definitely be regulars. Thank you for a great experience!!

This spot has so much room to run - more than my city pup could even handle, she choose a cool spot under the pine trees to hang out. We appreciated the shade and all of the extra balls and toys. The gnats are pretty bad when there isn’t a breeze, come prepared!

Easy to find, great instructions. There was a lot of open grass, well maintained. Several amenities were provided like a water bowl, pooper scooper & trash bin, dog toys, and dog treats. My dogs had a blast running around.
